Postage and Delivery 

UK Delivery Charge all items will be sent 1st class or special delivery (if needed). Please contact us for Worldwide postal charges and combined shipping charges. Once payment is received in full, goods will be posted in two/three business days.

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not happy for any reason and want to return the item, if it is non faulty there will be a handling charge of 10% plus non refundable Postage and Packaging. The items must be returned within seven days of receipt.

 

Faulty Returns

Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of goods, any damage, using our Contact Us page or telephone us. In the case of a faulty item a full refund will be given including postage.

 

Security

All payments are secure and made through Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards, unfortunately we are unable at this point to accept American Express Credit Cards. All card details are encrypted. We do not store any card details.
